IFS Progress Food - Basic Training

Goals

IFS Progress Food is aimed at small(er) to medium-sized companies in the craft and SME sector and supports them in establishing and continuously developing a structured system for food safety. As a standardized, multi-level assessment program for food safety for house brands but also for the production of at retail and private label products, the IFS Progress Food can also be used as an entry point to IFS Food certification. 
 
In this training you will learn the basics of the standard and get an overview of all important program points. Lay the foundation for entering new markets now and understand the requirements of the program. Numerous practical examples will provide you with recommendations for action and you will be able to start implementing the program in your company immediately after the training.
